Sales Tax As an authorized distributor for Kaeser and Blair, Inc., we are required to charge state sales tax if your business is not tax-exempt because Kaeser and Blair is registered in all states that have sales tax on tangible personal property. If you are tax-exempt, please fax us a copy of your tax exempt documentation. A Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is also available on the 2nd page here.

Shipping Costs All orders are shipped FOB factory which means that the customer pays for shipping. Orders are usually shipped UPS Ground unless expedited delivery is required (pre-approved by the customer) or large, heavy orders may be shipped by truck freight. We estimate the shipping charge on your order form based on the product weight. Any extra shipping costs due to large volume will be invoiced by Kaeser and Blair, Inc.

Production Time: All products list a production time in terms of working days, which is weekdays minus holidays. This "normal" production time can be more or less depending on the current factory schedule. If you have a date you need your product by, please let us know so we can check to see if that date can be met. You will be informed in advance if any rush charges or expedited shipping methods are needed.

Payment for your order can be prepaid by check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also prepay using Paypal. All government entities and businesses rated in Dunn and Bradstreet automatically qualify for an open account. Just send us your order. You can also open an account by filling out our online credit application or PDF form.
